Reliance LYF Water 3 Price In Nigeria, India, Specs And Review

So when a phone bears water, one would begin to wonder
about the possible special features of the phone, asking
questions from can it swim, to is it water resistant and a lot
more like it.

But in this, case the smartphone we’re about to
discuss today does not have any special relation with water
apart from just the name. Don’t be disappointed yet, it has
nice specs.

The Reliance LYF Water 3 is produced by Reliance phone
makers who had made other smartphones like the LYF Water
11 smartphone.

Though we cannot say if the LYF Water 3
could pass as a successor to the LYF Water 11 – we do not
know the manufacturer’s intent though.
But what we do know is that the Reliance LYF Water 3
smartphone could pass as a mid range smartphone and it has
a few specs that could compliment that while others do not
match that standard.

Anyways, let us live you to continue the
long talk after you must have viewed all the specs, be sure to
let us know your sincere opinion. Stay with me…

One of the major selling points of the LYF Water 3 is the
presence of the 4G LTE network. Some of the other
smartphones in the LYF Water series also possess this feature.

I am pretty sure that in some months to come, any
smartphone that lacks the 4G LTE network would be dismissed
by users are ‘not good enough’. Aside that, it runs on an
android operating system, v5.1 lollipop.

The phone would be pretty heavy as it weighs 164.6 in grams
while it measures 156.6 mm in length * 77 mm in breadth and
7.7 mm in thickness.
The possess a HD screen of 5.5 inches
which is fairly nice too, in my own opinion.

It has an Octa-core 64-bit Snapdragon 615 processor which
boasts of a 1.5 GHz Processor Speed.

It has an internal memory of 16 GB which can be expanded to
double its size – 32 GB – with the use of an external micro SD
It boasts of a 2 GB RAM which is fair but not the best for
a mid range phone.

It possesses the Accelerometer, Light and Proximity Sensor –
you wouldn’t expect a fingerprint sensor, would you?

Given the range or category which the phone is classified, I’d
say a 13 MP rear camera is good enough for it – even while
there is still space for improvements – and it has let the selfie
takers stuck with just a 5 MP front facing camera.

Disappointing for selfie addicts, isn’t it?

The phone supports the WLAN Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, WiFi Direct
and hotspot.
Its Bluetooth is v4.0 and it supports GPS with A-
USB is a microUSB v2.0.

The LYF Water 3 of course has the 3.5 mm audio jack – you
don’t expect otherwise, do you?

THE LYF Water 3 boasts of a 3000 mAh battery capacity – not
too bad if you ask me. It is a non removable battery and does
not support fast charge while its power management is by
Marshmallow’s Battery Saving mode.

The price of the LYF Water 3 is pegged at Rs. 6,599 in Indian
rupees while its naira equivalent is around N30,000 in Nigeria.

I think it is a fair price and would compete well amidst
competition from other brands.
